The automatic patrol inspection cycle is optional from several hours to hundreds of hours. The cycle clock automatically starts the patrol inspection program and has the function of manual patrol inspection. The fire intelligent digital inspection equipment outputs inspection instructions to inspect the main circuit one by one, and the inspection return signal is taken from the main and auxiliary contacts of each electrical element. The allowable value of feedback signal time shall not be greater than 2S.

After the patrol inspection of the main circuit is completed, the patrol inspection controller will send the next patrol inspection command to the non pressure patrol inspection device. After receiving the patrol inspection command, the device will carry out low-speed non pressure patrol inspection on the fire pump in turn. During patrol inspection, the motor speed is low and the system does not produce water pressure. During patrol inspection, the driving power of the fire pump is very small, about 1% of the rated power of the pump motor, so it can save energy significantly. During the whole patrol inspection, if the equipment receives the fire command, the intelligent patrol inspection controller will immediately send the command to stop the patrol inspection, and instantly start the fire pump to complete the fire task. Only when the next patrol inspection cycle and no fire incident occurs, a new patrol inspection operation process can be started. During patrol inspection, if the water pump fails, it will give fault alarm information.

In case of input overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, output overcurrent and short circuit, the controller will send alarm information to the fire center. The result of this automatic inspection can ensure that the fire pump will not rust and die of rust, making it a reality for the fire water supply equipment to "maintain the army for thousands of days and use the army for a while". The equipment also has automatic exchange of main and standby pumps. When the main pump fails, the standby pump will be put into operation automatically; The main and standby power supplies are switched on automatically. When the main power supply fails, the standby power supply will be switched on automatically; The digital intelligent fire inspection cabinet will provide data remote transmission, image monitoring, fault alarm, information printing and other functions for all the above functions.
