Product overview:
The fire electrical control device is applicable to the control of smoke control fan in various projects. The fire fan control equipment is a new generation product developed according to gb16806-2006.
The smoke control fan control box is mainly used to control the start and stop of the fan, and can also be linked with fire dampers. There are single speed and double speed, including direct start and CPS controller start modes. It is applicable to three-phase rated voltage of 380V, single-phase 220V, frequency of 50Hz, frequent direct starting and reversible occasions. It is mainly applicable to squirrel cage motors within 0.75kw-37kw. For the occasion of light load startup, a portable starter can be controlled manually, automatically and remotely (PLC Remote). This product has the advantages of small volume, convenient installation and simple operation, and can meet the startup requirements of various fans.
The control box of fire control and smoke exhaust fan must pass the National Fire Product CCCF certification.
Functions of smoke control fan control box:
The functions of dual speed fan control box and smoke exhaust (positive pressure blower) control box are basically the same. Users can operate at low speed during normal ventilation, start the fan locally, or start the high-speed button to operate at high speed. In the automatic state, it receives the signal from the fire alarm center, and the fan changes from low-speed power to high-speed operation. For example, when the fan stops working, it can directly stop the fan at high speed in the fire center, and return the signal to the fire center at the same time.

1. When the power supply is out of phase or out of phase, it can automatically cut off the power supply to prevent fan damage.
2. Indication and alarm functions are complete. With manual and automatic selection function, manual operation is preferred.
3. With linkage control function, it can receive the linkage signal from the fire control center and feed back the equipment operation to the fire control center in time.
4. With dual power supply automatic switching function, the equipment can automatically switch to standby power supply in case of common power supply failure; When the common power supply returns to normal, the equipment can automatically switch to the common power supply.
5. It has the function that unauthorized personnel cannot operate.
6. The equipment adopts cold-rolled sheet bending and welding to form a shell. The door is equipped with a lock, which can be opened freely by authorized personnel. It is internally equipped with famous and high-quality brand devices at home and abroad, with stable performance and reliable quality.
7. Manual and automatic working modes are adopted. Under any working mode, manual start and stop buttons can be used to control the start or stop of the equipment. When the automatic state is selected, the fan can be started and stopped through the linkage signal transmitted from the fire control center. When the outgoing line of any power supply is out of phase and out of phase fault, the power supply shall be cut off through phase failure and phase sequence protection relay, and an alarm shall be sent
Alarm signal.
8. When the linkage signal is input, the corresponding indicator light on the box door is on, and the buzzer sends an audible signal to realize the alarm function.
